The 新未来APP Police Department Traffic Safety Unit is committed to improving the quality of life for our citizens through the following:

Traffic Officers
The Traffic Unit is comprised of three officers and one Sergeant that respond to various, traffic-related issues. Traffic Officers are primarily responsible for enforcing motor code violations, investigating fatality and injury collisions.
Officers utilize various forms of equipment including, but not limited to, the following:
Squad cars
Speed trailers
Lasers Speed Monitoring Devices
Laser Tec surveying equipment
Doppler RADAR
The Traffic Safety Unit is also responsible for the coordination and organization of traffic control for all funeral processions and special events to include parades, festivals, and 5k/10k runs.
